I'm always a little apprehensive when having to go to a dentist and only go when I have to. Today (20/02/2022) I had to go to an emergency appointment as a filling of my lower right molar came off. The doctor who treated me (Nirmisha Shah.and her assistant Sylvia) were both truly excellent and kept me calm and comfortable at all times. The bill ok was high, but the treatment is great. So if you book an appointment, try and see Dr Shah!

Very professional service, caring members, knowledgeable and always following up and giving accurate and up to date information and care. I recommend it.

I have just visited this dentist practice for an emergency appointment and was very happy with the emergency treatment I received. Great patient care was taken to put me at my ease and was explained all treatment options in detail. The treatment itself was painless and done in less than 30 minutes. I will be returning to have further treatments in the future.

I had a cracked tooth last month and rang them as they are near to my workplace. When they heard it was an emergency they got me an emergency appointment same day as I couldn’t get hold of my previous dentists. The dentist relieved my pain and then booked me in to sort out the issue next morning with a specialist. He was so good I have since switched to that practice permanently and have been extremely satisfied with my dental treatments. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality private dental care.

If you ever need an dentist this is the best place to go to. Excellent prompt service. Was seen on Friday afternoon with no hesitation. They are very friendly, fast and reliable. Had my infected crown and root removed in an emergency appointment. The procedure was painless. Worth every penny. Will definitely recommend them.

I had my first dental hygiene and checkup today and it was absolutely great. Not only was the dentist very caring, but she is extremely professional, attentive to details, she checks on you often, waits for your feedback and acts on it. The team has done an amazing job with my teeth, and on top of that, they provided a lovely human touch to the whole experience being so lovely and true active listener. Could not recommend them enough and will definitely be booking my next routine checkups and hygiene.

Fantastic dental practice, always there to help. I have been a patient for 3 years during which I've had two dental emergencies (accidents) which the team responded to quickly and professionally.From basic fillings to root canal treatment, I have always found their knowledge, advice and expertise in their field being of the highest of standards. Needed a an urgent treatment due to a loose filling so managed to book an emergency appointment same day. Everything was done to make me feel welcome and safe in the present Covid situation. No waiting around and all the staff made sure my visit was as 'normal' as possible. The treatment itself was done painlessly and I am very satisfied with the results. A wonderful dental practice where everyone is so professional. I ended up here on an emergency appointment having not visited a dentist for nearly 5 year due to my dental phobia. I was absolutely scared beyond...I don't know what... but was made to feel 'comfortable'! The dentist made me feel relaxed and listened to any concerns that I had. I think I might be beginning to overcome my phobia of dentists and am actually considering visiting the dentist more regularly.

Today I have booked a same day appointment to be seen by the emergency dental team for a very difficult root canal treatment . I feel extremely lucky that I have found this dental practice open on a Saturday and during lockdown. They have done absolutely everything and beyond when putting up a laborious and not easy fight to save my lower molar tooth which was supporting a bridge. These days it is very difficult to find someone with a similarly impressive mixture of knowledge, extensive experience, passion, and dedication. I have now booked my second root canal appointment with Professor Francisco Mannocci at their sister branch in the West end. A professional, truly wonderful service by a truly caring dental team. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for prompt and top private dentist.

My only regret is that i did not go to them earlier. Absolutely awesome dental team. From receptionist to dentist Dr Amita everybody is caring, professional and very helpful. Never felt rushed with the treatment, explaining every detail of the procedure. I had my tooth extracted after being in a pain for over two weeks and it has gone so smoothly and pain free. Can not thank them enough!! After i had an awful experience with my own dental practice that left me in even more pain. Highly recommended private emergency dentist.

This dental clinic is really comfortable and the staff are all professional, helpful very considerate！More importantly, I can feel distinct difference between this dentist and the other dental clinics I’ve been to in the past when doing the filling. This Dentist did it very carefully one layer after another but other places just pop in the entire material at once! I am very pleased with my treatment. Strongly recommend here!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Marcello and his kind and welcoming assistant Maria. They saw me at a few hours notice on Christmas eve when my old crown has fallen off. The temporary crown literally saved my Christmas. The new permanent crown that they ordered looked like a real tooth and didn’t even require fitting given how thorough Dr Marcello was with his measurements.Replacing crown always has a risk of getting a root canal and I did have a bad experience in other places, but thanks to Dr Marcello this was not the issue.Overall great experience, very professional and friendly staff, highly recommend.

Great service. Great team. I got my teeth cleaned by dental hygienist Maria Chountala. She did a great job. She was very knowledgeable and explained me how the plaque get's built and how to take good care of the teeth and gums. Also there was a very soothing music which was playing in the background while the treatment was going on. It helped me to relax. Overall it was a great experience.

Professional and very helpful reception staff. I was able to get an emergency dentist appointment same day of calling on a Sunday. The check in procedure during Covid was excellent and very reassuring indeed. Although the experience was a little different to ‘pre-Covid’ times it was still carried out in the usual professional manner with additional safety measures. My time with the actual dentist was highly professional too, calming and reassuring, a complete joy of an experience and left fully informed of all treatment options and future procedures to be carried out with all explanations given in full.

Dr Marcelo Prebianchi and his team gave me the utmost care and attention, regarding a complex wisdom tooth extraction I urgently needed. I had a swollen lymph node, which may or may not have been dental related and his team also went above and beyond their duties and referred me to a specialist medical hospital to make sure it was examined. Also everything was done to make me feel welcome and safe in the present Covid situation. No waiting around and all the staff made sure my visit was as 'normal' as possible. I have visited many dental clinics over the years but the professionalism and care by The Whiter Smile emergency dentists team is second to none, quite frankly the best I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend!

I was worried about having to see a dentist for an emergency during Covid but couldn't have been happier with the appointment and the safety precautions in place. Best practice I have been to, the staff were helpful and the dentist fixed my tooth. The dentist was brilliant ! He put me at ease and I felt confident. Will come back after Covid for a check up. Have just finished a course of long treatment at this emergency dentist. I had a root canal treatment done and latter a crown fitted. My NHS dentist was unable to offer this treatment due to Covid 19 lockdown. I am so pleased to have found this dentist and delighted with the service received. I needed emergency dental work but my usual dentist does not work at weekends. I found this surgery and they booked me an appointment same day I called. The dentist was extremely thorough and professional. The rest of the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. I am glad I found them and very grateful for their help.

Same day appointment - spent a decent amount of time going through all the options with me. They are clearly professionals but never talk to you in a condescending manner. I left the practice confident with a treatment plan in mind and will be booking myself into their other clinic very soon for continued treatment. Was I nervous? Of course - it's a trip to the dentist, but a holiday. Should I have been nervous? It appears not. These experts really know what they're doing - and always explain everything in a clear and calm manner. Once again, highly recommended. Honest, clear, transparent, reliable. You always get what you pay for - however - sometimes you receive service above and beyond. Once again pleasantly surprised and impressed. Now if only other processes / procedures in life could be this seamless!

Being a very nervous patient and after a long absence from the dental clinic have just finished my treatment and cannot thank Dr Patel and her emergency dental team enough. Dr Samar has become someone who I feel that I can trust and has helped me greatly in changing how I take care of my oral health and also giving me the tools to protect the future of my teeth. My usual dentist won't answer the phone these days. I had really horrible gum issues. Lady who I saw here was brilliant and I feel so much better after treatment. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Thank you.

It was a welcome surprise to be fitted in for an appointment on the same day that I called. Never had a dental emergency before so didn't know what the expected time would be. Needless to say Dr Anita was a star during my appointment and made me understand the problem and how it could be remedied. I came out of the appointment with a very different outlook on my teeth than I went in. Great service.

Honestly amazing service. Called on a Sunday late morning with terrible pain from a wisdom teeth extraction and they fitted me in and were so helpful. The dentist explained everything to me and properly diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics. Really pleased. Fantastic service and care.

It was a lifesaver to be able to be seen as an emergency on a Sunday. I was able to get an appointment within an hour from making a call. The practice is conveniently located. Brilliant staff, good customer service and top quality treatment. Like many people (I expect), visiting the dentist is not my favourite pastime, but all of the staff here made the whole experience as 'pain-free' as possible. I will definitely come back.

Exemplary service all round, all costs told upfront, unbiased advice on different treatments, positives and negatives of each. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, and the dentist even helped with my health insurance policy so I got maximum value from it! I got an appointment for consultation and treatment the same day, no waiting around at all. Work was carried out with precision, dexterity and a charming bedside manner. I can't thank them enough.

I can't thank these people enough! I had a killer toothache that started over the weekend and was able to get an emergence appoint early on the Monday morning. I’m not great with dentist but lovely dentist who treated me was very considerate and extremely profession. She was even able to see me for a quick appointment on the Tuesday just to check that the treatment had been a success. Would highly recommend

Amazing Service!! I woke up in the morning with a toothache and by evening my jaw started swelling. Dr. Amita was able to get me in the very next morning to have the tooth removed and I was doing so much better the same day. The entire staff was so polite and helpful. Was touring London from the USA and my veneer fell off. Was recommended to call the Whiter Smile and they managed to book me an appointment within an hour of calling to have my tooth checked. Dr Nimisha was very gentle and knowledgeable. Office was very clean and staff were great. The receptionist was very easy to work with, got me the appt time I needed and was very helpful in preparing and arranging my insurance documents.

Arrived in London for a conference and all of a sudden my front tooth fell off. I felt desperate but luckily a friend recommended this emergency dentist. The receptionist booked me an appointment and I was seen within an hour of calling. The dentist I saw was very polite, experienced and did a great job in restoring my tooth. I was relieved to be able to smile at my conference and so thankful to this dental clinic.

I saw Dr Neelam Sohi for pain and would highly recommend her to all my friends and family. I was in severe agony and been awake all night with toothache. Her gentle approach meant she treated me without me feeling a single thing and also I had no more pain after leaving the clinic. I will definitely be returning for a full checkup and treatment on the rest of my mouth, 5 stars from me!

Went 12th October for an emergency appointment as I had caused further damage to a cracked tooth which I would have been getting pulled out in a couple of weeks time. I rang up at 10am and was put in for 1:30pm, I got there at 1pm as I had to travel from South East London to Central London, there was a cancellation so I got seen the moment I walked through the door, the desk lady was very polite and nice and the nurses and dentists walking around were lovely too! I have the worst anxiety when it comes to dentists or any medical stuff but Dr Amita was outstanding and her assistant also! (sorry I didn't get your name) with my tooth being so cracked and damaged I had to have a longer process of getting it out and surgery, I didn't feel a thing, they let my friend in the room to play my favourite music and hold my hand. Dr Amita would talk me through all the process while doing the surgery, and let me have small breaks if needed. I couldn't praise this place enough, they really care about your wellbeing and they listen to you. I'm forever thankful.

It was all my fault that I needed to visit the emergency dentist. I had put off going for ages and simply let the tooth pain at the back my mouth which was growing just develop and get worse. I was even having trouble sleeping because medication had stopped having much effect. I eventually built up the courage and am so please Dr Samar was there to help me. I should never have waited so long.

Had knocked a front tooth, which unfortunately could not be saved. The tooth was extracted and a replacement fitted within an hour and a half. Dentist very gentle and reassuring with a nervous patient. Excellent price for the level of expertise and service offered.

Ok, so let's face it; nobody likes to go to the dentist... I, for sure, do not. but the whiter smile takes it very seriously to make you feel relaxed and positive. The whole team is always smiling and attentive, and the Dr. is a very nice woman who patiently explains everything every step of the way. I went there for a dental emergency and i have been taken care of very quickly and efficiently. Making appointment is smooth and easy, and you don't have to wait for ages. I had mine for the same day and the next day respectively. I absolutely recommend going there!

I'm definitely ready for all those upcoming xmas parties after getting teeth whitening done at the clinic and will definitely have a repeat treatment in the future after seeing how good it works. The results are much better than your standard whitening toothpastes and I have tried one of the kits online once but that wasn't very good. This is definitely where it's at.

After a horrible experience visiting my local dentist as a child. I firmly decided NEVER to sit in that dreading chair ever again and for many years that was the case. However, after good part of a decade of contemplating I finely had the encourage to fix my unappealing smile. Dr Neelam was highly recommended to me by close friends. She made me feel comfortable and was patient with my fear of being back in the place that gave me nightmares as a child. I have seen Dr Neelam Sohi for two appointments and she has been brilliant. I was able to book an emergency appointment at very short notice and Dr Sohi extracted my wisdom tooth in the same appointment - all went smoothly with no complications. She explained everything very clearly. As my first appointment was an emergency, the Whiter Smile clinic isn't my usual dentist but I have since returned to have a second wisdom tooth removed as I was so pleased with Dr Sohi's treatment.

saw My dentist on Wednesday for a broken tooth ... cause I’m a nervous patient she referred me to sedation clinic (only to find out there’s a 2 month waiting list) By Friday evening was in so much pain I rang 111 who were no help at all ... managed to get some sleep only to wake up yesterday morning still with a tooth ache ... spent 3 hours yesterday morning trying to find a dentists that would give me an appointment with no luck .., came across a website for 24 hour dentist rang them at 11:30 had an appointment for 2:30 and by 3pm my tooth was out!Dr Amita you are a life saver! I’ve always been absolutely terrified of dentists and when I got frightened you kept reassuring me ... and within 30 minutes of getting there you’d removed my tooth .... Getting a dentist during Covid lockdown is very difficult but I was given an appointment the same day this Sunday.Very friendly and professional staff.Service was great.

I have had crooked teeth all my life and I thought it was too late to do anything about them because I was too old. I thought I would try my luck and pop in to the clinic to find out if they could do anything for me. Much to my surprise they did “invisible braces” well they were not quite invisible but they were damn close. I now have perfect straight teeth and even had them whitened. I am a completely different person now I smile more and have bags of confidence thanks to my new smile.

Had a tooth extracted with Nhs dentist, but had complications and the dentist couldn't help, booked an appointment at the whiter smile and saw Dr Neelam, who consulted and diagnosed the problem and help to resolve. Prices a bit high but you get 100% quality service, she is experienced and professional.

I had unbearable toothache that was working its way to the back of my head and neck. I looked online and found these guys. The lady on the phone was so helpful and booked me an appointment to be seen immediately. I has to have some infection drained from my wisdom tooth and was pain free within minutes. The only downside is it was a little bit more expensive than I had expected but in this world you get what you pay for and for somebody to get my out of pain so quickly is priceless.

This is place is great, I often go there for a hygiene appointment and the cleaning is intense but you definitely come out with a whiter smile. This is a much better experience than I have had with other dentists. The receptionist is always really friendly. I've recommended this place to all my friends.

It really does help to have someone like Dr Anita to help you through the dental journey especially if you're not the most confident person in the dental chair. I would highly recommend her and the dental practices services.

Dr Samar has been a much needed source of support for the entirety of my treatment. The entire team were a great help. I don't think I could have gone through with the treatment if it hadn't been for this essential support group.

Very good accessibility, good for emergency cases in which money is not something to think about.In my particular case, the prize i was asked to pay was so high that I decided to take a flight to spain on the spot and go there to the dentist spending 1/4 of the money i was asked (trip included...).If you can wait for 2 days and you are not rich, that is a good option :)

Dr Cunningham was fantastic efficient and helped me solve a painful tooth extraction and a severe abscess within an hour of being there. It’s not cheap but the level of service is well worth it and you leave there with your problem solved

I just want to say thank you so much for making my dreams come true on my wedding day. After years of covering up my smile I decided to change it before my big day and all it took was 6 veneers and 3 appointments. I was so much happier on my wedding day with my new smile. My only regret is not doing this years ago.

Getting an abscess is never fun and going to the dentist isn't much more fun in itself. But getting good dental treatment from a practice I now consider as being 'the good guys' is good enough for me.

The Rolls Royce of dentists.I never thought I could feel good about needing to get dental treatment. Gone are the days where I feared going to the dentist because of considering the pain that dentists usually inflict. The only thing I fear is doing an injustice to a very gentle, professional and just simply BRILLIANT dentist in Dr Sina Neutzer. The results of her work proves that she is nothing short of an expert. I was horrified when I tripped and fell and my tooth fell out. Thankfully my mum was on hand and I did all the right things to keep the tooth safe. I immediately went to the dentists and thankfully they would fit me in. I am so relieved that they managed to save my tooth.

The cosmetic dentistry treatment to fix the gaps in my front teeth was quick, without pain and the results look completely natural. I'll be going back if I need any more dental work in the future that's for sure.
